The Belgrade Business Case Competition 2024 consists of three cases: two short cases and one long case. Each short case comprises 25% of the total score, while the long case accounts for 50% of the overall score.
The competition constitutes 20 teams allocated in 4 divisions. Teams will be randomly drawn and allocated into four divisions, each division having five teams. These divisions will be used for the first short case. For the second short case and long case, teams will be randomly shuffled into different divisions, face different teams, and present in various order.
Points from all three cases will be calculated and the four teams with the most points in total, regardless of division, will proceed to the final round of presentations where they will once again present their solutions for the long case. The panel of judges will collectively choose the top 3 teams and the best presenter.
