Faculty of Organizational Sciences

Faculty of Organizational Sciences is a higher education institution, part of the University of Belgrade, which deals with education, scientific research and consultancy through the development of knowledge and skills in management, information systems and technology with the aim to enable future professionals to develop the potentials of commerce and society.

It is also one of the leading higher education institutions in the region with the tradition over 40 years. In the period of intensive changes it became a leading education and research institution in the field of organizational sciences, management, informational systems and technologies. The Faculty today has over 3500 students on 18 different study programs on undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level of studies. The Faculty is in the group of faculties of technology and engineering sciences of the University of Belgrade.

Case Study Club

Case Study Club is the largest association of consulting professionals, industry experts and students in southeast Europe. The main objective of Case Study Club is to create high performing business leaders. Members of Case Study Club are able to improve their knowledge and skills through projects and case competitions. Case Study Club offers an opportunity for students to solve real business problems from practice using the consulting method. What’s more, the Case Study method is highly recognized by leading business schools and employers as well.

R&D Center of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences

The main goal of the Center is to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the Serbian economy by developing specific knowledge and skills of students through joint projects. Within the Research and Development Center, six strategic directions of work have been defined:

  • Realization of trainings and other forms of sharing knowledge to FON students,
  • Research projects defined by the partner and / or the Faculty,
  • Development projects defined by the partner and / or the Faculty,
  • Developing student business ideas and launching startups,
  • Monitoring and support of student organization projects,
  • Forming and monitoring the work of FON alumni.
